Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location and Oceanfront building on Wrightsville Beach!
Sandy Toes Suite 107 is on the oceanfront end of the building, overlooking the pool, located on the first floor, which is one level up from the street. There is parking for 2 cars only.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops.

There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required
No smoking, No pets
Check IN is after 4PM
Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.
This unit is Self-Check in you will receive check in instructions VIA EMAIL 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Linens are included
Bring your own beach chairs & towels.

We stayed 3 nights, place was on the water,near the pool, very clean, very comfortable, great communication, it was everything we could ask for, thank you so much for a wonderful stay !

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

The unit was very clean and situated in great position for Ocean viewing. That said, the calm enjoyable evening was disturbed by a constant stream of cars trying to drive out to the beach.Wrightsville Beach should put up DEAD END signs to possibly mitigate some of the annoyance of constant traffic. We thought we had found a new spot, however, this may deter us from staying there again, especially on the first floor.

The location was perfect. The view was somewhat obstructed being on the first floor. When grabbed the first-plate, it came out dripping wet. Upon further investigation all the dishes, cookware and utensils needed to be washed. Thank goodness for the dishwasher. The bathroom also had mold(black) on tub surround and shower curtain. Not sanitized as promised! Other than these issues, it was a nice stay.

The checkin process is a pain. If you are oceanfront, you have to park in your space and walk the length of the building at least three times to unload and checkin. The bathroom is way too samll. This property could be very nice if space was untilized correctly in the condo. The huge bedroom needs a dresser to put at least your makeup on. No room in the small bathroom.
