About this house rental

This charming little house is ideally located in the heart of the pink granite coast. From the terrace and the garden, classified site and remarkable natural landscape, a breathtaking view of the sea and the 7 islands will be offered to you. The fine sandy beach of Kerieg can be reached on foot in less than two minutes. Depending on the tides, you can alternate between swimming and walking on the many rocky islets.
The house is simple but pleasant and easy to live in and is ideal for a couple with a child.
The main room is located on the ground floor and includes a kitchen area completely refurbished in 2015 (new furniture and appliances: Bosch refrigerator, oven and hob Viva, Candy microwave, Rosière hood) a dining area (table 4 covers) and a lounge area. A toilet.
The first floor consists of two communicating bedrooms : the first is equipped with a 90x190 bed, a desk area and storage space, the second is fitted out with numerous cupboards and furnished with a new 160x200 bed and its mattress. The spacious and bright bathroom (shower) is accessible through this room. Bed linen and towels are new.

I fell in love with the setting, the location and the building when I saw the images. This was my very first time visiting Brittany and I had very high hopes and expectations and was not disappointed at all. The place is enchanting amd the view from the kitchen window is mesmerising. One gets drawn almost hypnotically to the seaview and the ebb and flood of the water. Just magical! The photos don't lie..this is worth a visit. The wc under the stairs is the only slightly less positive aspect, however, overall not worth worrying about as the rest is just amazing! I would not want to have more than 2 adults at this location. A young child as a third guest would be acceptable. We would certainly like to return here in May next year if possible.

when we arrived the cottage smelt very musty and the drive up to the cottage and parking was not for the faint hearted. We were aware that the cottage was not for the less able , the only downside being the toilet was very small under the stairs and of the macerating type, very noisy . It was well equipped, tv had no English channels and the internet was intermittent. Did not spoil the holiday, a beautiful coast line to visit.

"All the things provided in the house, such as cooking equipment, iron, barbecue etc, were new and first class. we much appreciated that bed linen and towels were included and most of all we liked the house, the view and the surroundings for example the boat trip to Les sept Iles where we could watch both birds and seals. We would very much like to return."

Das Haus ist, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen, auf einer Anhöhe direkt am Meer gelegen. Es gibt einen direkten Fußweg hinunter zum Strand. Der Strand war (im Juli) angenehm leer. Von der kleinen Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf Strand und Meer und man hört leicht das Meeresrauschen. Es war sehr sauber und alles was man für das tägliche Leben braucht war vorhanden. Wir danken unseren Gastgebern für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit traumhaftem Blick auf das Meer. Vollkommen ruhig gelegen, mit herrlichem Strand in Laufweite, für alle, die sich wirklich erholen wollen. Sehr angenehm auch zum Schwimmen. Einfaches, sehr schön gelegenes Steinhaus mit tollem Meerblick von Terrasse und Küchenfenster. Bei schönem Wetter Essen im Garten mit Blick üder die Bucht. Im September einsame, kilometerlange Sandstrände vor der Haustür, die Umgebung traumhaft schön. Haus sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Ein traumhafter und erholsamer Urlaub liegt hinter uns.

Kleines Ferienhaus. Zweites Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Die Toilette ist sehr einfach und laut; sie hat kei e Lüftung und liegt direkt an der Küche... . Küchenausstattung teilweise mangelhaft (wenige Teller und Gläser, dafür Austernmesser...). Die Verwalterin spricht nur französisch.

Tout était parfait ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la fois dépaysant et reposant. La maison, sa vue, sa terrasse, le calme, son aménagement, l’équipement de la cuisine et la bibliothèque bien garnie. La situation de la maison est parfaite ! On ne peut pas se lasser de la vue, des couleurs, des couchers de soleil, des marées ! Le village est parfaitement situé et très paisible Philippe a été d’une extrême gentillesse, et il avait tout prévu pour notre confort.
