The chic Villa Oliveti is quietly located on the outskirts of the Istrian town of Tar, just 2 km from the sea. On 170 m² of living space, the house offers plenty of comfort for up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
On the first floor of the fully air-conditioned house there is a spacious living/dining area with a view of the large pool, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a further bathroom with shower/WC. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the pool and the sea.
Outside, the covered seating area and the 3.5 x 11 m pool invite you to relax.
Your car is safely parked on the fenced property (3 parking spaces). The large garden with olive grove is completely fenced in and offers maximum privacy.
