Raise Averof Serviced Apartments

Super clean and very easy to locate and get into apartment. The kitchen was stocked with bowls and plates which was great. Felt very at home there.

Nothing! Only wish there were some paper towels or napkins but it was lovely!!

The apartment is very well located, just a short walk from Dafni metro station, making it easy to reach the city center in about 10–15 minutes. The surrounding area is lively and convenient, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and both small and larger grocery stores nearby. The apartment itself is well maintained, recently renovated, and very clean. It is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable holiday stay. The only issue we noticed from the moment of arrival was a strong smell of cigarettes. Although the apartment is listed as non-smoking, it seemed that someone had smoked there previously, and we had to keep the windows open to manage the smell. Overall, we had a very good stay. I would recommend this place for couples or small groups of up to four people. I would happily come back!

I had problems with the drain in the bathroom, but the very good communication with the rental company's representative led to a quick resolution of the problem.In the future, the problem of the bathroom drainage should be solved.

Shower was clogged from previous people staying in, from the first time I showered I had to take out a few dark hairs in order for the water to drain properly (I am a red head and I hadn’t showered my hair so there’s no way these were mine). No cleaning service on any of the 7 days we stayed, we had to buy our own toilet paper and take the trash out and put new bags in ourselves. Good location but very loud when you open the window as on main road.
