Had pretty much what we needed. Bruce, the owner, was brilliant.

Good accommodation but don’t expect character. Cosmetically clean but didn’t pass the wife test.

Fabulous value for money. On street parking in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood - just what I needed as I had my vintage motorcycle stored in the back of my van!

Amazing stay

Bruce and his family are super kind and friendly! The room is perfect, it is also provided with microwave oven and kitchen stuff like dishes and glasses. The kitchen is shared and also the bathroom, on the floor, is shared with the other guests. Location is amazing if you need to reach the 24h Circuit, close to tram stops and 20 minutes from city centre.

A comfortable and cozy stay for 1 - 2 days.

Host was very welcoming. You get a private room, located on the first floor & furnished with essential amenities. Parking was easy since a dedicated parking space is available. Room was spacious enough & nicely maintained. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen is also accessible but it is shared.

Toilet & Bathroom are shared with the owner but not necessarily a deal breaker. Nothing else to complain about.

Excellent room for a one night stop over in Le Mans and I recommend it!

It’s a very clean and comfortable bedroom in a family home. The hosts were lovely and very helpful - Bruce in particular speaks excellent English and gave me plenty of recommendations for dinner. I was offered breakfast, but couldn’t stay as I had a ferry to catch. Bathroom facilities are great and super clean, too.

Parfait pour une nuit

Quartier calme, studio avec cuisine séparée, bonne literie, propre et propriétaire serviable.

Les bruits de la famille au cours de la soirée (chaises qui raclent, assiettes posées, conversations, son de la télé, bruits des WC...), mais le propriétaire en a conscience, il a prévu d’y apporter des solutions .

Accueil de Bruce au top et arrangeant, logement confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour une nuit! Place de stationnement également dans la rue ou directement au logement. Juste à côté d'un centre commercial avec carrefour et boutiques.

Un hébergement

La gentillesse du propriétaire, son accueil très chaleureux. Il m'a même renvoyé par la poste une boucle d'oreille que j'ai oubliée ! Le studio très propre et confortable. Le parking privé qui évite le stress de trouver une place. La proximité d'un restaurant où on est allé manger sans devoir prendre la voiture. Un exellent rapport qualité prix !!
