La ubicación del inmueble es muy buena, en un buen sector y seguro. Queda a unos quince minutos caminando del centro, adicional cuanta con comercio de gran variedad a los alrededores del inmueble.
El sitio es bonito pero ya debe hacerle mejoras locativas como pintar la habitación principal y cambiar la cama y el colchón. De resto es formidable, la sala, la cocina y el baño.
