We would rate this accommodation 12/10. It was truly exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment is actually much bigger than it looks in the photos. Everything was perfectly clean, beautiful, and fully equipped. We really appreciated having our own parking space always available, as well as the elevator and the beautiful, modern apartment building. Each room has its own air conditioning, and the apartment also has a large fridge with a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and basically everything you are used to having at home. It made our stay extremely comfortable and easy. We honestly could not find a single negative thing about this apartment. The host was incredibly kind, understanding, and most importantly very considerate. Since we were travelling all night with a small child and arrived in the morning, she did everything she could to let us check in as early as possible. This helped us enormously, especially because of the hot weather, and we are truly grateful to her for that. Another big advantage is that the apartment building is located on a quiet dead-end street, so we were not disturbed by cars or motorcycles during the night. Our friends booked accommodation just one street away for a similar price, and they were very surprised when they saw our apartment. Their accommodation was much less comfortable and not nearly as well equipped as ours. As I mentioned at the beginning, we give this accommodation a 12/10 and would like to sincerely thank our wonderful host for helping make our holiday so enjoyable and memorable. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely love to come back again!

Prachtig bijna nieuw en smaakvol ingericht appartement! Wij hebben ervan genoten. Het ligt op loopafstand (650 meter) van het begin van de wandelpromenade langs het water naar de haven en oude stad van Makarska en het strand. Omdat er op loopafstand (200 meter) een grote Konzum supermarkt is heb je je auto bijna niet nodig. Een groot pluspunt want parkeren in het centrum van Makarska kan een uitdaging zijn. De keuken in het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, waaronder een grote dubbeldeurs koelvries combinatie, Miele vaatwasser (staat niet vermeld in de advertentie), kookplaat, oven en ruim voldoende keukengerei zoals pannen, borden, bestek ect. Je hoeft wat dat betreft niets mee te nemen van thuis. Daarnaast vind je in de keuken nog een airfryer, senseo apparaat en een broodrooster. Het appartement is voorzien van separate airco units in de woonkamer en beide slaapkamers allen met afstandbediening. In de badkamer bevind zich tevens een wasmaschine. De beheerder van het appartement is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en reageert snel via Whatsapp. Wij merkten op de eerste dag een kleine lekkage bij de spoelbak in de keuken. Nadat ik dit gemeld had werd dit direct de volgende dag op een tijdsstip naar onze keuze door een loodgieter verholpen. Ik kan dit appartement alleen maar aanraden. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

L'apartament és nou i decorat amb molt bon gust. Està net i és molt espaiós. La cuina està molt ben equipada. Aparcament i amb ascensor sense necessitat de pujar cap escala. Queda un punt lluny del centre però té una platja a uns 10' a peu. La comunicació amb l'amfitriona és molt fluïda i les instruccions per l'entrada perfectes!

Com a punt de millora, hem trobat a faltar un microones.
