6 separated bedrooms in the suburb of Rostock. I think it is used in the school season as an college dormitory. The place was clean, beds were quite new, kitchen was small, but there were enough place to sit for a common dinner for 8 people.
There is only one bathroom and 2 toilets which is not cenvenient for 8 people.

Die Unterkunft bietet jede Menge Platz für 10-15 Personen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig.
Ein weiteres Plus ist die absolut ruhige Lage mit der Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür.
Man ist von hier aus schnell in der Innenstadt.
Ausreichend Parkplätze sind im Hinterhof vorhanden.
Der Vermieter ist super nett und reagiert sofort auf jegliche Anfragen und ist sehr hilfsbereit.
Leider fehlen Stühle/Sitzgelegenheiten, sowie Küchengrundausstattung wenn man mit mehr als 9 Personen anreist.
Manche Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen.
Die Abflüsse von Dusche und den Toiletten riechen und man sollte die Fenster wenn möglich immer gekippt lassen.
