Location was fine, close to main railway station, but due to intensive construction works nearby it was extremely noisy, laud and dusty all the time.
Kitchen was well equipped.
There are many things to be improved: from cleaning (it wasn't completely clean when we arrived, although some repairment work was done to fix some issues) to facilities, like additional hooks in the bathroom and kitchen.

Great apartment, amazing location right next to Tachana Markazit.
The shower needs a curtain because the water gets all over the floor.
We ran out of toilet paper, I think there needs to be an over abundance of toilet paper.

The property has a high quality standard and good potential- however the way it was managed spoiled the impression a lot.
The property was unacceptably late with sharing the check-in details with us, despite our several reminders and contact attempts. At the end we contacted booking.com customer service who helped us.
The wifi at the property did not work at all. We had to buy an own internet plan and then the property reimbursed us. Despite the reimbursement it was much fuss, less quality and comfort.
