Die Lage ist sehr gut: Direkt gegenüber der SM shoppng mall. Wir waren anlässlich des Sinulog Festivals dort und haben den Ausblick auf das Feuerwerk aus dem 28. Stock sehr genossen.
Das Haus ist nicht mehr ganz neu, hat aber allen Komfort, den man sich wünscht. Im 5. Stock befindet sich ein SPA Bereich mit Schwimmbad. Das Personal im Erdgeschoss ist sehr freundlich und das Einchecken trotz Sinulog ging innerhalb von wenigen Minuten.

it could have been better if there was an available cleaning equipment in the shower.the drain does not drain well.
