La ubicación es muy buena aunque en esa zona es difícil encontrar aparcamiento pero se puede llegar andando en poco tiempo al centro de Viveiro. Está bien equipado y la anfitriona fue muy atenta, lo que se agradece.
Mal la falta de ventilación y que era muy caluroso, incluso para el clima agradable de la mariña lucense en verano. Nos costó poder dormir... ni con ventilador encendido era suficiente para bajar la humedad. En el baño tampoco hay extractor ni ventana así que condensaba mucho al ducharse.
