Nice rooms, good restaurant, needs more facilities for staying guests
Location. Room was clean and comfortable. Surroundings were nice and well laid out. Communication from Reception excellent
The hotel appears to place more emphasis on its restaurant and events than staying guests. For two nights it was not possible to eat at the restaurant as focus was on events and we were not advised that it was closed on Sunday evenings. There is no comfortable sitting area/lounge for guests to use outside the bedrooms except for the pool area. In summer this is not too bad but in winter might be challenging.

A great overnight stop on our route from Umbria to UK. Very convenient and well maintained.
We were very pleased with our stay. Rooms very nicely renovated with great facilities including a fridge, good bathroom, nice terrace for aperitivo. Dinner on the terrace, good menu, very good food in a nice setting. Nice pool and garden, staff friendly and helpful. Great, convenient location
Very small issues -some road noise from road one side and train the other; staff at dinner were kept busy with a big group having a party by the pool so service wasn’t as quick as it could be. Breakfast OK but charging 7Euros for an egg was excessive. Typical sweet Italian breakfast, not much for diabetics. AC in room did not function well - it came in at floor level by the patio door.

Gorgeous stay in a beautifully renovated farmhouse
Everything about the agriturismo was great. It has been meticulously renovated and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beautiful gardens, pool and other facilities. I wish we had stayed longer.

a wonderful 4 days. it was like being with family. we hope we can return.
clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. the staff are particularly attentive and friendly. the food is fantastic as well with excellent chefs. if you love horses it’s even better. op for a room with a pool view. they are more private.
they can have parties with people who are not staying at the property which can be a distraction from the quiet setting.
