Minor detail - dishwashers out of salt and rinse aid. Be nice if there were some logs to use.

Very clean and comfortable. Great position near the beach.
Unable to contact agent when we had a couple of issues. eg. Kettle broken. Limited kitchen equipment for size of party and blunt knives with no means to sharpen.

Fantastic house and location, amazing views and set in the heart of Polzeath, couldn't ask for more!
A few small details that would have made our stay perfect! Logs for the woodburner. Welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar. More toilet rolls. Hand soap in the bathrooms. BBQ was much smaller than the one shown in the online photos, we struggled to cater for 10 people on the one provided and would have brought our own had we known this.

Location
As the house was mostly glass upstairs the windows were filthy as was the outside seating area the table and the glass balcony ,, not inviting to sit out broken chair and not enough chairs. Check in was late 4 o’clock and check out was early 9.30 am . Every accommodation we have stayed in has been check in @ 2 check out at 10.am I also asked for a cot twice which was not at the property.
