The property was lovely. Great location, and the apartment was beautiful. Janice (person of contact) was very responsive and helpful. She even came by to address an issue we raised.

I had to do a fairly thorough clean in the bathroom, and some areas in the bedroom upon arrival- although, upon first glance, it appeared to be very clean. The AC in one bedroom kept chipping out throughout the first night and it woke us up to how hot it was. The AC remote has numerous buttons not working too for adjustments to be made. The fan hardly blows any air. The ACs have sensors so you can’t leave the door open- which meant that the living room and kitchen area felt scorching when we accessed it. There is no vent for the stove, so when cooking, the windows need to be opened fully, and the curtains too because otherwise, the smoke, smell and heat just remain in the space. Overall, it could have been a perfect stay, but when considering the price paid. It’s beneficial if these can be addressed.
