Smještaj je iznimno čist i uredan, dobro opremljen, na izvrsnoj lokaciji. Osigurano je i parkirno mjesto. Prednost su 2 odvojene spavaće sobe i 2 wc-a kao i dostupnost veš mašine.
Jedna od spavaćih soba orijentirana je na prometnu ulicu pa zna biti bučno noću ako je prozor otvoren. Također, istu sobu samo zid dijeli od lifta koji se čuje, osobito noću
