About this house rental
Have fun with the whole family at this contemporary home. 3 years old, 3 story property with private elevator access. 1 block from beach entrance. Walk to nearby restaurants. First floor includes 2 car covered parking, outdoor shower & half bath to freshen up before entering the home. 2nd floor hosts full bath & 2 bunk bed rooms: 1st room has 2 full bunk beds & 2nd room has 3 twin bunks more suitable for children. 3rd floor hosts master bedroom, full bath, kitchen, living room, dining space & outdoor deck. Please note there are 2 full baths in the property, a half bath first floor utility room and an outdoor shower.

New, well built, well equipped. Nice towels, bedding, two coffee pot types, both new. Higher end appliances, beach chairs, beach wagon, boogie boards, and more. We were very impressed. Very well located to beach access (very short walk), restaurants, fort fisher ferry. 20 to Wilmington. Keyless system was very convenient. Owner was quick to respond and offer feedback, help. We’d recommend to anyone headed to Carolina Beach.
