Welcome to Northern Charm in Bay Harbor, Michigan—a Victorian-style retreat that blends timeless charm with modern comforts, perfect for creating cherished fall and winter memories. This beautifully renovated 3,360 sq. ft. home offers four bedrooms, four and a half baths, and room for up to 12 guests.
Inside, the main level is designed for gathering, with a spacious open kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large dining area. The great room’s gas-log fireplace sets the stage for cozy evenings after crisp autumn bike rides or snowy adventures. A full-size laundry and new gas grill add convenience to your stay.
Upstairs, the master suite welcomes you with a king bed, fieldstone fireplace, jetted tub, and private balcony—ideal for coffee on brisk mornings or sunsets framed by fresh snowfall. Two guest suites (Two queens) each feature ensuite baths and walkout balconies. A whimsical spiral staircase leads to the third-level loft, with twin beds and a classic coastal widow’s walk overlooking Lake Michigan. Downstairs, a cozy media space doubles as extra sleeping quarters with two twin-over-double bunks and a full bath.

My friends and I had an amazing weekend at this property. It slept all 12 of us comfortably. The location couldn’t be more perfect - walkable to the shops and restaurants, the Inn, the beach, and bike / walking trails. The property managers were so kind and responsive. There were some issues with the house- the main level toilet would not flush, chain corroded and tank dirty. There was a broken standing lamp. The dishwasher was broken. However the managers responded promptly to the toilet concern and had maintenance out the same day to take a look, it was temporarily fixed then stopped flushing once again. Thankfully there were a number of other functioning bathrooms that we hardly felt the absence of this one. Overall would still stay here again and recommend to you / your family / your group of friends!

We loved the location. Craig was so quick with communication. The house was spacious and we loved the lay out. The only recommendation we would have is we wished there were higher quality paper products.
