Fully equipped kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher. K-Cup maker/small coffee bar. Also drip coffee maker and French Press (ground coffee provided). King bedroom and Queen bedroom with desk. Fun Game Room with foosball, air hockey, cornhole, board games and free snacks! 2 adult and 2 children's bicycles for guest use, private garage.
Close to attractions: 8 minutes from B&O Bike Trail, 10 minutes from Kingwood Center Gardens, 12 minutes from Snow Trails Skiing, 15 minutes from Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, 16 minutes from the Ohio State Reformatory, 18 minutes from Malabar Farm State Park, 27 minutes from Mohican State Park, close to Gorman Nature Center, and about an hour from Amish Country. Just as described - clean, comfortable, convenient to both Mansfield and Lexington. We were in town for the races at Mid-Ohio and found a really nice "back route" to the track. The home is well stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, and kitchen amenities, and being able to put our motorcycles in the garage was an extra, unexpected bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

Wayside Guest House is excellent in every way. It is a sweet visit to “Grandma’s House” where one is pampered and cared for Check in simple! Kitchen and bathroom facilities met all our needs and over and above. Every room was Clean and artistically decorated !!

I’ve stayed in a decent amount of VRBOs, and this one is far and away the cleanest of all of them. Fantastic location if you need a spot for an event at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. Very easy to get to. Follow the instructions from the owners/VRBO for locating the house as google maps sent us across the street. This was a great spot to relax after long, hot, humid days at the course. My only note is that I missed that there was no TV. I would’ve brought my laptop for falling asleep to Netflix or something had I known. No big deal though, just a worthwhile note to others. All in all, this is an awesome VRBO with well thought out provisions and supplies for guests. Good stuff!
