Summary:
Enjoy a true Music City experience in this unique and wonderfully themed home less than 10 minutes to Broadway.
Each room was inspired by one of Nashville's greats – Dolly, Johnny, Willie – with an added tribute to the Folsom Prison Blues.
This historic home was curated with an eclectic style that tastefully combines design and history, resulting in a storybook experience as you walk through the home. This feels like a featured house from Architectural Digest and The Country Music Hall of Fame
The Space:
Great house for large groups or traveling families. Perfect for entertaining, while still offering quiet getaway spaces. Fully stocked kitchen, bedrooms and baths.
"The Willie" - 1 King bed (memory foam mattress)
"The Dolly" - 1 Queen bed (memory foam mattress) + Makeup Vanity for two
"The Johnny" - 2 Full beds (memory foam mattresses)
"The Folsom (converted/small room) - 2 Twin bunk

The Neighborhood:
The house is in the growing, beautiful neighborhood of North Gulch. It's a mile away from the Farmer's Market & Germantown and just 1.5 miles from Broadway! This area is still a transitioning downtown neighborhood with growth continually taking place.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are our personal favorites!
Other Things to Note:
Literally minutes to all the best of Nashville! Recommendations for restaurants and music venues available upon request.
Please note, this house shares the common area with two other rentals. Guests are kindly asked to be respectful to other guests and adhere to the quiet hours.
While we do love pets, unfortunately we cannot allow them in the home. Smoking and parties are also prohibited.

Property was exactly as depicted. Big enough for the five people we had stay. Quiet neighborhood away from the Broadway chaos but it’s just a short Uber ride away. Management company was a breeze to work with. There are two additional units directly behind this rental but didn’t cause any issues. They also looked really nice through the window. Would definitely rent if I’m ever in Nashville again.

We chose this place because it is cute and the murals outside are great. HOWEVER we were told by numerous Uber drivers not to go outside alone at night because we were in the projects (their words not mine). Also, I did contact the owner regarding an animal that is obviously in the attic with no response. Whatever that thing was kept us up all night the first night and then it only happened in the early hours the rest of the day. Would I stay again? Not in a girls weekend because the drivers scared me, but I would with my husband. Assuming they get rid of whatever is in the ceiling 👀.
