3 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. Queen size pull-out sofa and large sectional sofa in living room. Blackout curtains throughout. 45"-55" Smart TVs in each room. Lighted mirrors in bathrooms. Luxury marble bathtub/shower in master bedroom. Polished porcelain walk-in showers with dual regular and rainfall shower heads in other bathrooms.
Fully equipped kitchen with huge granite island and 6 pneumatic bar stools. 20-foot sliding pocket door opens onto the backyard/kitchen/bar/pool area. Polished porcelain flooring throughout with amazing views from every room.
5,000 sq ft travertine and grass patio with all the amenities - lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs, seating areas, umbrellas, 2 outdoor dining room tables and plenty of chairs. The outdoor kitchen/swim-up bar has 2 fridges, ice maker, pizza oven, gas grill, side burner, blackstone grill, and sink. Corn hole, tiki toss, large jenga.
40' negative edge pool with in-pool stools at negative edge to watch the sunset and city lights and at swim-up bar, in-pool table, and 14'x8' glass tile baja shelf. Separate 9'x9' glass tile spa. All with unparalleled views of the Superstition Mountains, sunsets and city lights.
Pool and spa can be heated (pool 80 degrees and spa 100 degrees) for $100/day. Must be requested and paid for at least 1 week before check-in date.

Beautiful, very clean home, great location for hiking, golfing Loved the pool and hot tub, fireplace and games there to play including the golf chipping practice area.

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. Chris and Kim were wonderful hosts and truly have gone above and beyond to make this property a fantastic place to stay. We spent most days in the amazing pool or hanging on the great patio. We plan to be back soon!

From start to finish Kim and Chris were amazing hosts! The home,resort like pool,views and property were AMAZING! We had a blast and will cherish our memories made at this wonderful ARIZONA PARADISE!
