This inviting home comfortably sleeps 8 guests and features a screened-in pool with an option to be heated with an esdtra charge, perfect for relaxation and fun. With a blend of comfort and style, this property is ideal for family and friends seeking a memorable getaway.
The interior of the "Whispering Palm" has been thoughtfully remodeled and redecorated to create a welcoming atmosphere. The spacious living room is perfect for entertaining, equipped with a large smart TV for movie nights. The open kitchen is fully stocked and designed for entertaining, making it easy to prepare meals for your loved ones.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (full size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

- Pool heater is available for $45 per night for stays of 2–5 nights. A discounted weekly (7 days) rate of $287 is available, with a multi-week rate of $200 per week. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
- If you plan to bring a trailer or RV, we do offer secure off-site parking approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit. If you’d like to reserve a space, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can add it to your reservation and provide you with the access code.

Great property, clean home, great pool, nice grill. The property manager, Alina, was quick to respond. Booking, check in and check out experience was easy. Overall 5 stars. The only thing we have to mention is that some windows couldn't be locked because the window locks appeared to be broken. And the middle bedroom on the left side with the east facing window should have room darkening curtains due to the bright morning sun. Otherwise,

The house was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We appreciated having access to the garage, which made it easy to store our sandy beach gear and coolers. The included beach amenities—such as chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board—were a thoughtful touch. We even left an additional boogie board we purchased for future guests with children, as it was very useful for our family.The patio area and small yard were lovely, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for our eight-day stay. The coffee maker was excellent and came with a nice variety of coffees and teas to sample (for future guests, these are stored in the drawer beneath the coffee maker).One drawback was the master bedroom mattress, which was extremely firm and left us waking up sore each morning. Additionally, I reached out to the host multiple times through the VRBO app and the provided phone number regarding an issue with the pool not heating properly. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response until after our departure that asked for a review/rating, but the concern was never addressed.Because we paid almost 400 to heat the pool for the week, it was disappointing that the adults were only able to use it comfortably for two daytime swims, as it remained too cold in the evenings. I believe the listing would benefit from clearly stating that pool heating comes at an additional cost, along with the specific price, so future guests can make informed decisions.
