2 Acres, 2970 SQ Ft home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 Baths. A large circular driveway greets you in the enclosed private space. No Neighbors mean loud parties are ok with permission prior to booking. Located next to Tracy Sky-Dive center.

The backyard and pool was as great as advertised. Our group of friends and family had an amazing time at this vacation property and would definitely go back! Our host, Bal, was great and provided great communication throughout the stay. Don't hesitate to come here.

The yard is amazing and we enjoyed spending most of our days outside. House needs some maintenance as some things are starting to show wear and tear but otherwise good.

We had a wonderful time with friends and family. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub and water slide! We also enjoyed the putting greens and basketball courts. The house had many amazing features, pool side tv's swim up bar and that's just the outside. The inside was roomy and comfortable and plenty of fun inside with a great kitchen area for all our meals. We also enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table & speaker system. We enjoyed our stay and will consider it for future trips! Thank you for everything!

A year ago, my now-husband and I were looking for a property to host our bridal party for our wedding last weekend. We also wanted a property that could host 50 of our closest family and friends for a post-wedding sendoff the day after our wedding. Not only was this property BEAUTIFUL and secluded, it had all the amenities we needed and wanted and could ever dream of: pool towels, pool, jacuzzi, water slide, swim up bar, putt putt grass, basketball court, ping pong table and more. The home itself slept 16 total in 4 rooms with plenty of extra air mattresses. Bal was incredibly responsive and super friendly, letting us tour the space almost a year ahead of our booking. We were able to book a private event through him and host the event of our dreams. The home is well kept and modern with recent renovations, and we had all the amenities we needed to have a perfect weekend. We can’t recommend this unique stay enough!

We rented this property for a graduation celebration. The backyard was beautiful. The pool, with the swim-up bar and waterslide was a huge hit with both teenagers and adults in our group. The mini-golf, corn hole, ax throwing and basketball court were a great way to stay entertained when you wanted a break from the water. The hot tub was spacious, the only downside was the time limit for usage, as we like to use it in the morning and at night and had to choose one or the other. The outside bbq/kitchen area was decent. The sink didn’t work, so that was a little bit of a pain. It would’ve been nice to have a small fridge out there as well, but that’s just a personal preference. Our group did seem to agree that most of the beds were a little hard and not very comfortable. The kitchen inside was spacious enough for our group of 10 to move around and not feel too cramped. The fridge could be bigger, considering the amount of people the house advertises to sleep. The stove had a couple of burners that didn’t want to light, but we had plenty to work with. The host was great at responding and accommodating whenever I had questions or requests. He was polite and never seemed bothered. Overall, it was a great place and a great weekend. We had 5 teenagers and not one of them was ever bored… which is a success to me!

We were very impressed with the communication from the owner. The house is well loved. Great for a large group of people to hang out in and cook. The spa was lovely. It was cool to watch all the jumpers coming down next door at the jump school.

Our family was going to go to the snow but a storm prevented us from doing so. We contacted the host and he made the place available same day and was willing to help us out. We had a great time here! So much to do in the house! The host responded to every question right away. Great communication!

We booked this place for our family Thanksgiving for myself and my two sisters and our families. The backyard is like a resort and fulfilled all of our expectations. We hardly saw our kids and had to drag them inside for breaks. The host was exceptional and went above and beyond during our stay. The host was great with responding to all of our questions and requests. If you’re looking for a resort like place, this backyard will meet all of your needs!

In general, the stay was fine. A few suggestions: - The kitchen didn't appear to be very clean. If you turned on the fan/lights under the hood of the stove, your finger would feel greasy. Not sure when the last time it was cleaned. Inside of the oven was not great either. - 3 of the 6 burners on the stove wouldn't light. - The refrigerator didn't appear to be clean - No ice making capabilities though the host did provide ice upon request - The cookware was dismal. 2 small frying pans and some random pots. Invest in a nice set of cookware so you can create a meal for 8 people. - Walls were dinged up all over the place - really could use a paint job in the interior - The pool, though gorgeous, was incredibly cold. We barely used it because of that reason. Good things: - TVs and sound system - Hot tub - Bedrooms and beds

My family and I had a blast with all the activities there are to do on property. We had a group of all ages and there was something to do for everyone. We really enjoyed the pool with the waterslide and it was large enough for everyone to enjoy when we had our party with multiple guests. Being able to watching a movie in the pool at night was a chefs kiss. We did have a few mishaps but the owners were very apologetic, responsive and quick to fix anything that needed to be fixed. We would rent here again without a doubt.

For my brother's birthday, this property was perfect. The area, with its pool, basketball court, and BBQ area, is impressive. However, we couldn't fully enjoy our experience. Despite paying the cleaning fee, the property was not cleaned. During my search for an outlet, I came across food, trash, and hair product containers underneath the beds. I texted the owner's wife and she had someone come out and pick up the trash and sweep two rooms. The same day, I discovered two lawn chairs in the pool. After informing the owner again, WE were asked if we could remove them. That's a LIABILITY. On a different day, a package was delivered and a random car showed up to collect it. Guest SAFTY is a concern when it comes to trespassing. On another day, the doorbell continues to ring. Two large dogs that looked like huskies were present on the front porch area. There were guests who were scared. No one was able to go outside. The owner responded to my text message and arrived 20 minutes later. The dogs followed him to the outside. As a result, I am now aware of the importance of conducting a complete walkthrough, particularly when the owner is present in situations like these. Despite any interruptions, we enjoyed it to the best of our ability.

The property is everything that we expected from the pictures, a beautiful backyard and a spacious interior. The central sound system connects to the entire house and the speakers outside, making it easy to enjoy everything that the place offers wherever you are. The host, Bal, was very accommodating and even allowed my group to have an early check-in. He was attentive and explained the rules clearly, and whenever we had questions he was always one text away and would reply almost immediately. There were only a couple things that needed attention about the location: there were grains of raw rice found in one of the beds and the faucet above the stove spewed out brown water. Overall, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and we would return in the future.

Bal was super hospitable and the property was a perfect space for us. It was unfortunate that the outside grill/lights weren’t working. Keeping an eye out for an electrician changed a bit of the mood of the stay. Beyond that, Bal was very communicative and hospitable. This would be a perfect place for the summertime too!

The house is spacious and the grounds are fantastic! We stayed for four nights over Christmas and plan to return during the summer months to take full advantage of the amazing pool. The waterslide, swim up bar and barbecue area are amazing. Our kids and grandkids loved the sports court area! This property is such a great place to stay! We had a blast!

This place absolutely rocks. Swimming pool, basketball court, golf, bocce ball, surround sound system and a great house. You can play your music all night and there will be no issues. Enough parking for all of your cars inside the gated area. There are no other places like this on VRBO. We loved it.

The house is lovely: the beds and couches are comfy, there's a pool table in the dining room since there's plenty of island seating, and the backyard is amazing. My cousins made good use of the basketball court, the putting greens, and the waterslide into the cold pool. The water in the pool was buoyant and very clean. The hot tub that could be used 3 hours per day as part of the purchase price would certainly fit more people than the 6 of us and was equally clean and delightful. The hosts were charming and very kind. They were extremely responsive to every texted question and request. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was everything that we'd hoped it would be as we came together from all parts of the country for the first time since the epidemic. While the house isn't wheelchair accessible, it was easily accessible with my walker. The doorways are generous, and there are several doors to the backyard, so it never felt like navigating a maze. All six of us very much enjoyed this little spot of glorious indulgence in the middle of the country. Next time we come, my cousins have made a pact to sign up for tandem jumping at the neighboring skydiving company. The floods of skydivers into the neighboring field were fun to watch.

We had a total of 11 guys stay at this property for 2 nights, and it was everything you see in the pictures. As incredible as the property was, our host Bal was the true star of the weekend. His service went above and beyond, immediately responding whenever we needed something. His laid back demeanor and personable communication left us feeling at ease and relaxed at the property. We cooked inside and out (amazing grill), played basketball, had drinks at the swim up bar, played mini golf, billiards, and just had an overall incredible weekend. The heat wave was pretty brutal but the AC kept us nice and cool. The beds were comfortable, the carpet was a cloud to walk on, and I slept like a baby both nights. If you have any doubts about staying at this property, I hope this review helped you make the decision to make the jump - it was worth every penny.
