Ocean Potion is a newly redecorated ground-floor townhome near the beach in the Safe Harbor development located on 11th Street. With beautiful coastal décor throughout, this home has accommodations of three bedrooms and three bathrooms that sleep nine. The fully equipped kitchen has spacious granite countertops, decorative backsplash, new stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, basic pots, pans, utensils, and dishes to enjoy your stay, worry-free. The large dining table offers seating for eight to enjoy meals. There is additional adjacent seating for four at the bar. The living room is maximized for your vacation enjoyment. The sofa is a very comfortable sectional with an oversized chair to match. They are adorned with plush pillows to make yourself comfortable while watching the new wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV with cable and Wi-Fi. There are also games and puzzles on the TV console table for you to have fun with your family. Sip your morning cup of coffee on the covered patio while taking in the ocean breeze or cook the day's catch on the charcoal grill. The guest bedroom (BR1) is furnished with two sets of bunk beds, one is a Twin over a Full, and the other is Twin over a Twin, nightstand, TV, closet, and a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. The full hallway bathroom has a granite vanity top, a toilet with a built-in bidet, and a tiled tub/shower to clean up after a day at the beach. It was perfect for our 3 day stay. Luving area and dinning room area was perfect for all of us to gather and be close enough to engage in conversation.

Plenty of space for everyone to spread out or congregate together in the dinning room or living room and plenty of seating. The pool is small and shared with 4-5 other rentals. The doors to the back of the unit share a common "patio" that spans all units with the pool at the far end. There was enough parking for 2 vehicles and golf carts but the shared driveway for all units had one large entry space. With that being said, I would still rent this unit again.

Extremely happy with our stay. House was amazing and clean and had everything we needed. We have stayed in Port A once a year for 17 years and this was the best house we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!
