Located on the 2nd floor, it comprises:
On the ground floor: an entrance hall, a bathroom (shower) with washing machine, separate toilet, a modern and functional kitchen area with fridge/small freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave, a living room (TV and corner sofa) with access to the terrace equipped with a relaxation area with deckchairs and an electric plancha grill, a bedroom (double bed) with TV, storage space and access to the terrace.
UPSTAIRS: a high mezzanine with sofa bed and wall cupboard. Adjoining this is a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds.
This property is air-conditioned.
Numbered private parking space.
Ideal location close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Port of St Cyprien and casino 10 minutes' walk away.

Optional extras: household linen is not provided but can be booked in advance and collected when you pick up the keys (double bed kit: €12.00/single bed kit: €9.00/towel kit with one large and one small towel: €8.00).
