In a new contemporary villa "L'Astragale" detached apartment, composed of two apartments classified as 3 stars tourism, located in a small fully enclosed residence with a common secure swimming pool of 15m x 7m:

A 75 m² air-conditioned first floor apartment consisting of a very bright living room (sofa bed for 2 people) / fully equipped kitchen opening onto a 20 m² terrace (table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue).
Washing machine, ironing board and iron, two beach umbrellas, 12 board games are available in the apartment.
The sleeping area is composed of two bedrooms, one with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds. Both have a large wardrobe.
A bathroom, shared by the two rooms and communicating, with a large walk-in shower. Separate toilet.
Two parking spaces complete this apartment.

Beds made on arrival and household linen provided (except beach towels). Linen is taken care of by yourself during the stay.
In order to avoid cleaning costs, the apartment must be left clean and tidy. In case of non-compliance, the sum of 150 euros will be deducted from the requested deposit.
