Would love to experience the convenience of Coppingers again, but only if the owner remedies faults.
The location and the view. The cottage accommodation was ideal for us, so bunk bed room served as general purpose/storage room in small property where space was scarce. The bathroom was clean and the shower superb, and the property was well carpeted throughout.
The lack of information on facilities and how to deal with rubbish. The advance information given by email was poor - the codeword for the wifi was not the one for the hub fitted. We were unable to use the TV through wifi, and furthermore the digital aerial was not working, so on our first dark night, no TV to watch. The kitchen was reasonably equipped, but the mugs were stained and some were cracked - most unhygienic. Some of the furniture was sub-standard and two of the windows would not close properly. I should add here our TV and wifi problems were quickly solved the next day by a very helpful man from John Bray, and we had further helpful visits during our stay.
