I always highly value the easiness of check-in and check-out. There was also possibiliy to use swimming pool - children were very happy. The apartment has balcony with a view to forest.
It was hard to follow the rules as they were only in Lithuanian :) The aparment was very clean and cosy, at the same time a bit lacks the soul (it's unique characteristic). But I really can not say that there are any essential minuses.
