About this house rental

Historical Fair Oaks barn rests on 1.3 acres in the heart of Roswell, Located 1 mile from Canton Street in downtown Roswell. Canton St. is a popular spot for the locals offering fabulous restaurants, live music and adorable, quaint boutiques. Located less than a mile from us is beautiful Roswell Park with a community pool, gorgeous walking trails, and an outdoor gym. Also, we are just 2 miles from Vickery Creek trail at Roswell Mill and only 30 min outside of Atlanta.

Note: We live on the property, our house is adjacent to the barn.

Charming property and delightful, clean accommodations. Within walking distance of Roswell's largest park with wooded walking trails and also close to Roswell's historic Canton Street with highly rated unique shops and restaurants. The hosts live on the same property and were prompt with communication. The covered front porch with cozy seating was a wonderful conversation spot especially in the evenings with the sounds of nature all around. The barn felt very private. There are two bedrooms, and a loft with twin beds which overlooks the main living and kitchen area.

Just love this location and the charm of the space. The stained glass additions and farmhouse decor are beautiful. Beds are comfortable and amenities are plentiful.
