This 4-bedroom luxury vacation home is an old, restored villa in Tuscany. Located in the center of Val di Chiana, this two-floored home can house up to 8 people. It is a perfect fit for large groups or couples on a romantic getaway. This home also has a private swimming pool functional from May till September, and an illuminated garden to relax._x000D_ _x000D_ Surrounded by vast grasslands and meadows, the location gives the perfect opportunity to enjoy naturistic walks. Located on the main road, you can easily access the bar, pizzeria, and restaurant. _x000D_ _x000D_ You can enjoy a refreshing swim at the private swimming pool by the villa or relax in the lawn with sun loungers. There is also a barbeque area for you to indulge, and there is ample parking space on the property. There are satellite TV and personal kitchen on both floors. _x000D_ _x000D_ Your check-in details will be shared with you after your booking is confirmed.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 200,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
