Trotz Baustelle gegenüber ein sehr ruhiges Quartier. Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Penny, Tesco und Kaufland in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein fester Parkplatz stand hinter einer Absperrung zur Verfügung. Der Eingangsbereich und die Flure des Hauses waren auch bei Regenwetter von V O R B I L D L I C H E R Sauberkeit.
Leider war nur ein Weinglas vorhanden, was nicht so schlimm ist, dem Vermieter aber auffallen sollte.

Ein sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Haus mit Fahrstuhl, überdachter Parkplatz. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet, so das wir uns sehr wohlfühlten.
Bei unserer Ankunft gestaltete sich die Wohnungssuche schwierig. Die Ansprechpartner sprachen nur tschechisch oder englisch. Eine freundliche und hilfsbereite tschechische Hausbewohnerin war uns behilflich indem sie mit der Vermieterin alles klären konnte. Es wäre ratsam die erforderlichen Informationen auch in deutscher Sprache den deutschen Gästen zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Top Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Bis ins Zentrum 10 Min. Zu Fuß. Einfaches Ein- und Auschecken. Sauber. Alles da was man benötigt.

Большое спасибо Оле ,за отличное обслуживание,за внимание и помощь в любом вопросе.Квартира отличная для проживания, в прекрасном месте ,с балконом,тихом и красивом,месте.в шаговой доступности,лес и 2 км до источника,рядом магазины продовольственные и промтоварные.Прекрасные кухонные принадлежности,стиральная машина.
Квартира в прекрасном состоянии,нету никаких замечаний
