Staindrop is a beautiful village. The house is a lovely old house down stairs, and modern and well lit upstairs at the back with an olde world front bedroom. And a nice front garden with loads of butterflies.

Self catering location perfect

Quirky and nice furnishings downstairs. Location nice and parking was easy. Great shower and bed was comfortable.
Wasn’t clean. Remains of fire left in wood burner. Leaking fridge. Bathroom really not clean and twin bedroom basic and shabby with mattress base showing. Just tired and worn when you give it all a closer look. Tv was tricky to use and WiFi patchy.
