Cosy Cottage In Cardigan

Lovely welcome with cakes and milk in the fridge, even left us with a full day's paid parking. Unfortunately we had already paid for the day when we got there so I felt really guilty for not being able to take advantage of a lovely gesture. Thank you 😁

Great location

No garden but can’t be helped it’s in a central location which is fantastic

We have holidayed in and around Cardigan for many years but this was our first stay in the centre of Cardigan itself. The cottage was perfectly located for enjoying the local bars and restaurants with just a short stagger home! We also walked to Poppit Sands and back one day (just over an hour each way) which was lovely. Despite our stay coinciding with the 30+ degree May temperatures, the cottage stayed nicely cool and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider staying here again.

Being just off the main high street there can be a bit of noise at night, especially if you have the windows open. It didn't particularly bother us and you certainly can't blame the cottage, but it's something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper.

Good location.

General lack of things in the house - Not too suitable for short term stays. i.e no Milk, coffee, tea, shower gel/shampoo, washing up liquid, which is to be expected at most properties. We'd received these things (and more) in other properties.
