Quirky Cute Cottage

Everything was great at this quirky, cute cottage, 1 minute walk from the main street. Had everything we needed and the "treats" were a lovely touch. Check in was super easy. Loved all the "Home" touches. Thank you.

I couldn't get the dryer to work properly. Not being use to appliances on this side of the world, I'm guessing it's operator error.

Wonderful owners, nice place

Nice cottage in a central location. Owner was incredibly helpful, and even left a basket of treats for us when we arrived which was a lovely surprise.

I found the oven a little tricky to work and the street outside was a little noisy on Saturday night. Other than that it was great!

Excellent location in the centre of Cardigan. Great little house with all you need for a lovely stay. Beds were super comfortable and the shower was great!! Sweet little gestures with some treats too!

All household items were there to use. Cottage was in a lovely location and welsh cakes tea coffee sugar was very thoughtful 😋

did not want to leave - if we return to Cardigan we will hopefully stay in cosy cottage again

excellent location - right in the heart of the little town and yet not noisy the cottage was better than in the images and very comfortable and clean. everything provided that was needed even a washing machine in the basement. parking 2 minutes away and ticket provided by hosts. welcome pack -welsh cakes and jams - very nice. information booklet provided which was appreciated and useful. good Wi-Fi reception and could stream Netflix, Amazon etc. on tv.

it would have been perfect if there was outdoor space but we knew this anyway and still loved our stay.

Comfortable, quiet and central

Very good location for us - next to the main street with bakers and greengrocers just yards away, but in a quiet street. Owners generously provided a parking ticket for a large open-air car park only 2 min walk away. Easy to unload right next to the house before parking. Comfortable, warm and well appointed cottage. Kitchen is well set up to cook proper meals . Very nice and responsive owners.

Two minor things to note. Some lower doorways, so watch your head if you are very tall (like one of us) . The bathroom is downstairs next to the kitchen , but night lights facilitate any night visits that might be needed!

General lack of things in the house - Not too suitable for short term stays. i.e no Milk, coffee, tea, shower gel/shampoo, washing up liquid, which is to be expected at most properties. We'd received these things (and more) in other properties.
