Heerlijk verblijf! De ruime kamer met een balkon is comfortabel en schoon en met het uitzicht op de oceaan geeft het je een ultiem gevoel van vrijheid! Met eb kun je beneden via het restaurant het strand op (wel wat keitjes aan de waterrand, maar snel zand, dus goed te doen) voor een duik in de oceaan. De keuken is volledig uitgerust en Mary, de hostes, is fantastisch! Ze staat dag en nacht voor je klaar, heeft altijd tijd voor een praatje en geeft je het gevoel dat je thuis bent. Wij zijn hier 9 nachten geweest, maar hadden graag nog veel langer gebleven.

I'm going to be honest - on arrival at this hotel I hated it. The downstairs is extremely dated and run down. The area is ok - but if you want more of a traveller vibe I'd definitely recommend El Tunco over La Libertad. However, it grew on me the longer I was there and it definitely had some good points. We paid $195 for 3 nights. Positives: - Super friendly and welcoming lady on arrival - Large room - Bathroom with hot water and bath (very rare in these parts) - Toiletries and lots of clean towels provided - Balcony and view overlooking the sea - Good WIFI - Aircon - Comfy beds - Shared kitchen which was well stocked - Short walk to a nice area with nice pier
Negatives: - The whole hotel is pretty run down and can feel a bit depressing - Really old dated carpets in room - Lots of dilapidated fixtures and fittings - Not a private balcony (it's shared with the neighboring room) - Not a private kitchen as advertised - Not the nicest stretch of beach
