Not a good choice with kids and for that money is expensive

Price but quality was not good

The building looks dirty and it’s like a youth hotel style. Things were not like in the pictures, utensils and crockery in the kitchen were half broken, or they weren’t there, it was very clean and the beds didn’t even have enough blankets.

The worst stay ever

The staff was nice

It was really dirty, everything was full with dust. We had no toilet paper, we had to buy it, there were no blankets (in December) and we were cold every day, the towels were dirty, the check out was at 12:00 yet at 10:00 they told us they had to clean the room and we had to get out. The worst stay ever, I wish I could ask for my money back

It was fine but not the best.

Good location

There was make up handprints smeared on the wall, the floors were filthy, the bed smelled weird and the sheets were too small for the bed. There was a giant rip in the mattress that I had to look at everyday because the sheets didn’t fit properly. There was dirt and crumbs on the countertops. The hot water would run out a lot. The internet would stop working during the night, so we couldn’t watch tv.

Not worth. Noisy and uncomfortable for hostel price. Just pay a hotel.

Location

They post photos from a lot of their apartments and the truth is, there are good ones and bad ones. Unfortunately I was allocated to a bad one, with almost no natural light and a lot of noise. To top it off, bed was not comfortable at all. I have stayed in other properties from the company and they are better than this one. Hostel price, but totally not worth, unless you are really on a budget.

Great location, lack of cleanness

The place had a great location, near everything you need.

We were a family staying for a few days. We don’t recommend this place for more than a day just because it wasn’t clean and comfy as expected. The sofa was very dirty, we didn’t use it. And sleeping was hard because of the mattresses quality. The maintenance could improve to give a better stay for customers.

Los alojamientos son hermosos en general, amplios y muy prácticos

Lo malo fue que se descompuso el boiler, sin embargo, lo reporte y enviaron a alguien el mismo día y lo arreglaron! Fue una atención muy buena. Me volveré a quedar ahí sin duda

Cómodo, seguro, pero con cosas que se pueden mejorar

excelente ubicación y los accesos que otorgan para ingresar al departamento, lugar cómodo, seguro y limpio, cocina y recamaras muy bien.

La regadera dio algunos problemas con el agua caliente, la cama solo tiene dos almohadas muy pequeñas fue difícil poder descansar además que en las recamaras que dan hacia la calle entra muchísimo ruido.

Esperaba más del establecimiento.

Nos alojamos ahí porque estaba relativamente cerca del estadio GNP, eso es bueno. También la zona está agradable y hay muchos negocios para comer alrededor. Aunque no usamos la cocina, está equipada con lo necesario para cocinar y comer. El lugar estaba en orden cuando llegamos.

Desde que entremos al departamento se sentía olor a cigarro. Nos tocó un departamento con 3 camas y las tres camas estaban súper incómodas, se sienten los resortes, dormimos incómodos. Las sábanas y toallas están algo viejas. La regadera del baño podría cambiarse porque ya no sale tanta agua.

No coinciden las fotos y faltaba mucha limpieza

El departamento no estaba muy limpio y no era como en las fotografías, se excusaron en que habían pintado el lugar pero ni los muebles, ni distribución, ni tamaño coincidían, era otro departamento totalmente diferente además que no estaba muy limpio, tuvimos que pedir que nos limpiaran y nos cambiaran el lugar porque ni las sabanas ni los muebles ni pisos estaban limpios

Nada, es el peor lugar en donde me he hospedado

PESIMO!!!! El host dejo de contestar cuando llegamos al departamento. Olia a gas muchisimo que era imposible permanecer en el departamento, el microhondas no servia, no habia agua caliente, el baño apestaba a cigarro, las camas estan horribles y deformes de los viejas que estan, las fotos del departamento que elegí no eran reales. El departamento esta en pesimas condiciones pero lo mas alarmante es el olor a gas tan intenso, lo usamos solo para dormir una horas huyendo del olor a gas y aun asi despetamps con dolor de cabeza por el olor.

Incomoda

La ubicación, cerca de muchos comercios, restaurantes y paradas de transporte público

El departamento estaba en un quinto nivel y no tiene elevador, los muebles de sala y sillas del comedor muy sucios y manchados, el microewave no funcionó y el tostador de pan no pudimos enchufarlo porque la espiga no ingresaba en los tomacorrientes. Adicionalmebte el código para la entrada del edificio que nos proporcionaron en el mail no era el correcto, afortunadamente un huesped del edificio nos proporcionó el correcto. El departamento no tenía toallas ni alfombras para baño y no lo indicaba en la publicidad. Poca ropa de cama y el frío de la época es fuerte y se sentía por las madrugadas.

Vies en slechte service

Appartement was vies. Alle 3 de bedden hadden allerlei vlekken. Daarnaast werkte de douche niet, er kwam enkel warm water uit waardoor je alleen onder extreem warm water kon douchen. We hebben het appartement na 1 nacht verlaten omdat er door de eigenaar niet op ons werd gereageerd. Nu werkt de eigenaar ook totaal niet mee in onze verzoeken voor een refund.

Tiene todo lo necesario a un espacio ideal para ir solo o en pareja, la zona es grandiosa rodeada de restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas, un plus es que la TV tiene varias cuentas de suscripciones de entretenimiento, valió totalmente la pena

El único inconveniente que vi es el calor por la tarde, ya que las ventanas dan directo al cuarto, así que deben considerar un lugar para solo dormir y aprovechar a recorrer la ciudad. Además de estar listos para subir escaleras ya que no cuenta con elevador, pero todo estuvo genial

La peor experiencia de nuestras vidas. Decepción total, nada como en las fotos

La peor experiencia que he tenido en un hospedaje. Lo que muestran en las fotos es completamente falso, un engaño total. El lugar real es viejo, descuidado y en pésimas condiciones. No había luz adecuada, los colchones eran tan antiguos que se sentían los resortes al dormir, dejándonos con dolores en la espalda. Los muebles estaban deteriorados y sucios, los estantes eran viejísimos y llenos de polvo, sin contar que las toallas, que debieron ser blancas alguna vez, eran de un tono castaño del desgaste. Las sábanas también estaban extremadamente viejas, solo nos dejaron un rollo de papel higiénico y la ducha apenas tenía presión, apenas salían gotas de agua. Para completar, el baño estaba en condiciones deplorables y encontramos heces de rata en varios rincones del apartamento. Fue una experiencia frustrante y decepcionante, solo contábamos los días para irnos. No se dejen engañar por las fotos, no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. Es un fraude absoluto y no lo recomendaría a nadie.
