Perfect stay will come back again

The property was perfect. You can find everything you need- the kitchen is well equipped, there is a speaker, and a perfectly working fireplace. Plus the host is reachable and very friendly. In addition, you can park easily in the street. The pictures reflect exactly the interior of the house.

There are honestly no negative points.

Excellent, comfortable and very nice interior design.

Very charming, and quirky interior design. Very 'Instagrammable'. Bathroom was perfect, and beds were comfy. Nice lounge area to sit and wind down. Around the corner is a very fine bakery (patissier) with excellent coffee, sandwiches, croissants and cakes!

There are some minor works still to be done on the interior design and finish, but that doesn't take away from the fact that the house is already very nice to stay in.

Logement atypique

Superbe décoration, literie très confortable, belle salle de bain, petite cour intérieure, propriétaire très gentil et réactif à mon appel. La situation en plein centre et donc proche des commerces.

Les toilettes à l'étage, pas idéal avec des enfants en bas âge. Logement difficile à chauffer en période hivernale, surtout dans la salle de bain (porte serviette électrique)

Tof verblijf in een leuk, uniek vakantie

Leuk concept met met optimale benutting van de kleine oppervlakte. De kachels maken het lekker warm bij het koude weer. Zalige douche!

De eettafel is heel mooi, maar je moet wat puzzelen om met 4 comfortabel te eten. Al heeft dat ook zijn charmes!

een zeer aparte inrichting met metalenconstructies, zeer goed afgewerkt. goede ligging en de gastheer is telefonisch goed bereikbaar.

Een uniek huis op een mooie locatie in een schattig dorpje

Het is een uniek huis met een bijzonder interieur. Het is een smal hoog huis, maar doet wel heel ruim aan. We hebben genoten van de pelletkachel in de keuken en de houtkachel in de living. Het huis heeft een warme uitstraling. Het huis heeft ook een goed ‘lichtplan’, daar is over nagedacht! Erg leuk dat er kleine winkeltjes vlakbij zijn, op de hoek van de straat ook een Oxfam winkeltje en een aantal bakkertjes. Drie grote supermarkten net buiten het centrum op loopafstand. Het is een goede uitvalbasis om de omgeving te verkennen.

In het huis waren spullen van de eigenaar. Ook in de koelkast, er lag een soort kaas in die heel erg stonk. Iedere keer als de koelkast open ging rook je die sterke lucht. (Wellicht beter in een afgesloten bakje bewaren?) Het huis is ingericht met hergebruikte materialen, ik had het ook fijn gevonden dat er aangespoord wordt om afval te scheiden.

Heerlijk weekend

Een ontzettend leuk, bijzonder ingericht huis met een heerlijke bakker om de hoek. Om een weekendje van de sneeuw te kunnen genieten hebben we vrij last minute voor 1 nacht geboekt. Zowel zaterdag als zondag hebben we heerlijk gewandeld door de bossen in de omgeving. Zo fijn om zaterdagmiddag onder het genot van een flesje wijn bij de pallettkachel in de keuken wat hapjes klaar te maken en deze bij de houtkachel in de living op te eten. Bedden waren goed, fijne badkamer en zondagochtend heerlijke versgebakken broodjes van de bakker. Kortom wij hebben een topweekend gehad.

Intérieur original La salle de bain était parfaite et les lits étaient confortables. Au coin de la rue il y a une très bonne pâtisserie. Proximité des commerces.

Quelques petits travaux restent à faire sur la décoration intérieure et la finition La maison n'est pas exactement adaptée pour des enfants en bas âge et des personnes âgées en raison de morceaux apparents de métal coupant et de la raideur des escaliers. Pour l’hygiène, la rouille autour de l’évier et la table de cuisine pas le top pour nettoyer. Isolation pas très bonne en cas de température extérieure fraîche. Pas recommandé en cas de long séjour!

Bon séjour dans petite maison atypique et accueillante bien située.

la cassette à bois, la qualité de la literie, l'originalité de la restauration de la maison (bien que des finitions manquent encore), l'architecture en acier de l'escalier et des portes qui prolonge l'ambiance régionale ´travail du fer', découverte au musée du fourneau Saint Michel.

je m'attendais à 4 lits (annoncés au moment de la réservation) mais seulement 3 (heureusement 5 couchages, 2 pers. ont dormi ensemble) trop peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, exemple : aucun fouet
