Apartament duży przestronny , blisko sklep i Krupówki .
Ciemna kuchnia wprowadza w mroczny klimat. Mogło by być lepsze wyposażenie w kuchni mówię o ilości naczyń . No i czystość ogólnie jest dobrze ale można by było zwrócić uwagę na większą dokładność .

Komfortowe warunki, przyzwoity standard. Darmowy parking, niezła lokalizacja. Blok nowy, nowoczesny, elegancki z windą na parking.
Brak prywatności - mieszkanie w nowoczesnym bloku na parterze, vis a vis wejścia do klatki. Wszystkie okna od strony klatki- trzeba siedzieć za zaluzjami, zasłonami, w półmroku, albo pogodzić się z byciem na widoku jak w big brother. Brak klimy. Strefa przy mieszkaniu nie ogrodzona, ludzie chodzą tuż za oknem, jedna pani nawet odpoczywała w naszym ogrodku (pewnie nie zauważyła ze to prywatny fragment osiedla).
