Great location, great apartment but with a few more personal touches it could have been exceptional!

We agreed with all the positive comments in the visitors book BUT felt the lack of personal touches was a little 'mean'. No tea, coffee, milk and no toiletries. Some of the party had travelled from Australia and were very tired

Info about parking and both loading and unloading the car. There was a loose man-hole cover outside the property that kept us awake all of the first night. this was mentioned in the visitors book!

Pleasant stay.

The apartment was extremely clean. Had everything you could want for a comfortable stay! The garden was well maintained, and the beds were comfortable.

There was a metal manhole in the road in front of the apartment that made a loud noise every time a car drove over it, which was annoying when trying to sleep. Has a very steep entrance to the apartment, which would be difficult for people with mobility issues. People have mentioned that parking has been difficult as you have an hour before having to move your car, but I noticed a couple of cars that hadn't moved in over 24 hours and no ticket was issued. Spoke to somebody who lived close by, and she mentioned that she never sees parking wardens around here, so on my last day/nt, I parked outside on the road. You can find parking down a street (2 min walk) where there is an antique shop on the corner, I parked there for the first two nts of my stay. Residents said they didn't mind me doing this.

Lovely accommodation for groups and families in the centre of Criccieth

Lovely accommodation with great sea views. Very well equipped kitchen and comfy seating areas.

Parking outside limited to one hour so you need to unpack and then move car. It wasn't an issue but maybe could be in high season?

Great stay in Criccieth.

Flat was spacious and well equipped. It is well situated in the town - local pub with beer garden (Bryn Hir), two local shops (Nisa and Spar in the garage), pub food (Prince of Wales), coffee shop in the High Street, and a really good Indian restaurant and takeaway (Spice Bank). We travelled by train and the station is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There is a local bus service.

The apartment was a lovely base from which to explore the area.

The apartment was spacious and light with views of the sea in the distance. It was close to the beach, cafes and shops. We could go for varied walks without needing the car. There was a good fish and chip shop across the road.
