The house was a perfect stay for my family. It had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The AC is a plus for the island heat, we rented during the summer and had no problem in that regard. The location is calm, a cute little village in the middle of Rhodes. Although this is not related to the house itself, we were lucky to see deer around the location, but it is necessary to drive cautiously nearby because there are lots of wild animals on the road (for me that's not a problem at all as I appreciate the wildlife).
The location is a bit far from the main road with most of the bus lines. Without a car or bike it is probably more difficult to get to beaches and other locations. We had a car rented so that was not a problem for us.
