The townhouse was great on the whole. Bushes in front courtyard tho nice for privacy were too overgrown.
No air-conditioning. A 36 degree day shows how much it is needed. We got broken into and our car stolen. But I am not sure there is much apart from sensor lights out front and back that owners could do. Although I do believe if bushes out front were cut right back potential thieves would feel more vulnerable.

Nice unit in an excellent location and the managing agents Ray White Yamba we friendly and helpful.
The only retraction was the unit not having internet/Wi-Fi.
