The pictures are accurate. There is plenty of room for large groups.
The mosquitos are out of control. They swarm under the carport and by the door. Keeping them out of the house was impossible. Treating the yard wouldn’t get rid of them completely, but would make a huge difference in guest comfort level.
Water pressure was low. We couldn’t get the futons to fold out in the bunk bed room. And the doors were a total pain. There are instructions inside the front door on how to open the doors but we all managed to fight with the doors for longer than necessary.
