Nice host, quiet place, cute dog, they respect your privacy, nice view of the sea, and the old lady is a jewel. It is a rather small studio, but good value for money.
The place needs some basic maintenance to meet higher standards. A few examples:
-- The aircondition makes a terrible noise and it was hard to sleep with it on during the night. The whistling noise is still in my ears. The hostess said that they are planning to install new units, but that was of course not so relevant to me. Worst thing of all is that you have to pay an extra 6 euros / day for it. The hostess said this was written in the description, and indeed it was, but I had missed it on a fast reading, since it is default to have the aircondition included. Anyway, I was happy to accept that, but since the aircondition was working terribly, I would expect a waive of the 6 euros fee. I would expect a discount from anyone with such a problem in a heated 35 degrees Celsius stay.
-- Many things in the studio fell apart: the curtain holder, the towel holder, and the fridge shelf just fell when you touched them.
-- The cutlery is too old, the knives, for example, could not even cut an apple.
-- The TV screen is even smaller than my computer screen.
I would have been happy to write a more positive review, because this is an otherwise lovely lady and the location is great. But those negative parts, especially the aircondition issue prevented me from doing so.
