The layout comprises spacious kitchen, living and dining area, 3 bedrooms, master super king bedroom with ensuite, 1 king size room with ensuite and 1 single bedroom. The apartment also benefits from an additional separate toilet & sink. There is a washer/dryer in the kitchen which is well equipped with a double oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave.

It was thoughtfully designed by award winning architect Johann Muldoon MBE and provides various accommodation options on the purpose built site.
