The location was quiet and the overall location and set-up of the flat suited me. Kitchen well-equipped overall, and lounge. Nice to have AC/ heating. Some bits of fairly nice, cheerful decor. They were quick to respond when I had a maintenance question.
A little more attention to normal life details would have made it more pleasant and relaxing - like lightbulbs in all 3 lamps, not 2/3; a chopping board, removing spare fridge/freezer in kitchen (so you can fully open the vegetable drawer of the working one), instructions for operating the hob. A bit more attention to cleanliness, beyond surface-level, since there was a big additional fee for cleaning! - e.g. picking up all old mess from others. Also, putting batteries in both remotes and the clock and having another lamp in the lounge (plus extension cable/ socket for it). Easier entry and key return process - instructions in advance for both would save the guest having to do several calls at different stages to ask or learn what to do!
