Widok mega widać cały Wrocław , mieszkanie super . Właściciel super za dopłatą jeśli mieszkanie jest wolne może wcześniej wejść
W upalne dni brak klimatyzacji lub wiatraka nawet jak w salonie i w sypialni okna są otwarte na rozcierz nie ma czym oddychać . Uwaga dla osób z ARACHNOFOBIĄ ( ja ją mam) górnej części balkonu za balustradą są 2 ogromne pająki
