Le Tonnare - Relaxing house near the sea

1) House: spacious, generally well-equipped, large fridge, nice bathroom, Wi-Fi 2) Area: Stintino is not ideally located if you want to explore more of Sardinia 3) Beach: near to the beach salina (within walking distance, fine pebble beach) and near to the beach pelosa (is very crowded)

1) it's not a "relexaing" house, when permanently music from the neighboring Ressort ist loudly audible - this is something what needs to be mentionend in your advertisment of the Apartment. This will reduce the price drastically 2) Condition of the Garden: Rubble (I assume from the A/C repair) under the hedge, grill not usable due to missing grill grate and located directly under a plant, which can get in fire, only one deck chair, Palme trees need pruning 3) air conditioning in the sleeping room seems not to work as it should - note: we used the A/C practically never 4) Gas Detektor works 2 times - very loudly - in the night (all windows are opened) - so what's the reason ? 5) kitchen utensiels needs an upgrade (no cutting board, no real sharp knife, ..... and no chance to find a supermarket for suitable coffee pads for your Coffee machine ..... a tip would be helpful, here) 6) Curtains: the were hanging somewhere, but not as they should. When entring your appartement it locked like an abandoned place. Not necessarily inviting. 7) Using of cupboards for the clothing is difficult. The smell a little bit musty.
