Smeštaj je izuzetno čist, ima sve što je potrebno, dobro opremljenu kuhinju, Smart TV sa spotifyjem, klimu, terasu. Krevet je izuzetno udoban, kako onaj veći tako i sofa u dnevnoj. Komunikacija sa vlasnicom je bila savršena, a garaža je od ogromnog značaja jer u tom delu grada baš i nema mnogo parking mesta. U blizini postoji više prodavnica i sve su supermarketi. Čak nas je dočekala i flaša vina na stolu. Pošto nam je let za Alikante stizao kasno, vlasnica je ponudila prevoz sa aerodroma te preporučujem tu opciju. Sam grad je odlična baza za Alikante, Kartahenu, Elče i ostale gradove, čak je i rent-a-car u blizini bio jako povoljan.
Nalazi se u blizini vrtića, koji se vidi sa terase, pa deca umeju da budu glasna, a preko puta su bili građevinski radovi, pa je umelo da bude malo bučno, ali to nema veze sa samim smeštajem.
