Gorgeous place with perfect location and beautiful views. Great restaurant with a breakfast option too.
The photos don’t do this place justice, it’s such a beautiful place. Lovely restaurant (no vegetarian main options but there was vegetarian entrees which were delicious and good size enough to be a main). A buffet style breakfast which was very good value. Beautiful views from the restaurant seating too. The evening we went the staff were not English speaking but we used our phones to translate which was just fine. We would definitely come back :)
No kitchenette in room (or kettle), and only one bedside lamp. It was fine as we were only there one evening.

A hidden gem of a hotel with breathtaking lake views and great food
We absolutely loved this hotel, which felt like a hidden gem! The location was incredible, perfect for enjoying days on the lakeside beaches, and the views from our balcony and the restaurant terrace were breathtaking. The food at the restaurant was exceptional and very reasonably priced, as was breakfast. The staff were wonderful and looked after us very well, plus the parking was easy to access and secure.
No negatives, we would definitely come back!

Chilled atmosphere with stunning views
We really enjoyed our brief stay here. The hotel isn’t luxurious it’s best described as rustic but we thought it was perfect. A simple but very clean air conditioned room with a lovely private balcony with great views overlooking the lake. A really nice terrace again with great views very chilled vibe, cool music playing. Staff were friendly and helpful, nice evening meal and simple breakfast in the morning. What’s not to like!

The property is located on a hill with an overlook of the Lake Sainte Croix in Gorge de Verdon. It has a beautiful view of the lake from it's restaurant, it's swimming pools and some of its rooms. We emailed the property manager directly and specifically requested a room with a view of the lake which was honored. The atmosphere is very homy since it's owner operated. When we asked for recommendations of the areas to visit, the property owner gave us a package made of area maps. some postcards and pamphlets and he explained which areas to visit first. The restaurant staff was very friendly and accomodating. We asked for the breakfast plan and the breakfast provided for a mere 12 euros was amazing. It was a feast that kept us full for the whole day. The room is not very luxury but it was well decorated, clean and has the south of France charm. And the property swimming pool, although of a small size, it was enough to relax in it and it has a nice lounge area where we could have drinks after a day of hiking and sightseeing. We liked everything about this hotel but most of all it was the view of the lake that was most captivating and relaxing. If we come back to this area we will definitely want to stay at this hotel again.
