Gorgeous place with perfect location and beautiful views. Great restaurant with a breakfast option too.

The photos don’t do this place justice, it’s such a beautiful place. Lovely restaurant (no vegetarian main options but there was vegetarian entrees which were delicious and good size enough to be a main). A buffet style breakfast which was very good value. Beautiful views from the restaurant seating too. The evening we went the staff were not English speaking but we used our phones to translate which was just fine. We would definitely come back :)

No kitchenette in room (or kettle), and only one bedside lamp. It was fine as we were only there one evening.

A hidden gem of a hotel with breathtaking lake views and great food

We absolutely loved this hotel, which felt like a hidden gem! The location was incredible, perfect for enjoying days on the lakeside beaches, and the views from our balcony and the restaurant terrace were breathtaking. The food at the restaurant was exceptional and very reasonably priced, as was breakfast. The staff were wonderful and looked after us very well, plus the parking was easy to access and secure.

No negatives, we would definitely come back!

Chilled atmosphere with stunning views

We really enjoyed our brief stay here. The hotel isn’t luxurious it’s best described as rustic but we thought it was perfect. A simple but very clean air conditioned room with a lovely private balcony with great views overlooking the lake. A really nice terrace again with great views very chilled vibe, cool music playing. Staff were friendly and helpful, nice evening meal and simple breakfast in the morning. What’s not to like!

The property is located on a hill with an overlook of the Lake Sainte Croix in Gorge de Verdon. It has a beautiful view of the lake from it's restaurant, it's swimming pools and some of its rooms. We emailed the property manager directly and specifically requested a room with a view of the lake which was honored. The atmosphere is very homy since it's owner operated. When we asked for recommendations of the areas to visit, the property owner gave us a package made of area maps. some postcards and pamphlets and he explained which areas to visit first. The restaurant staff was very friendly and accomodating. We asked for the breakfast plan and the breakfast provided for a mere 12 euros was amazing. It was a feast that kept us full for the whole day. The room is not very luxury but it was well decorated, clean and has the south of France charm. And the property swimming pool, although of a small size, it was enough to relax in it and it has a nice lounge area where we could have drinks after a day of hiking and sightseeing. We liked everything about this hotel but most of all it was the view of the lake that was most captivating and relaxing. If we come back to this area we will definitely want to stay at this hotel again.

Würde nicht mehr buchen. Das wir im Umfeld von 10 km kein Restaurant zum Essen fanden, ist der Nachsaison geschuldet.

Der Empfang der Geschäftsführerin war sehr nett

Für den Preis 205€ 4 Personen mit Hund, Spinnweben an der Decke, Gartenstuhl defekt und eine sehr steile Treppe ( für meinen gehbehinderten Schwager machbar, aber sehr schwierig eindeutig nicht zu empfehlen.

Beau séjour dans ce joli lieu

L'accueil était formidable. Quel plaisir d'avoir été aussi bien accueillis après une longue journée. La cuisine est délicieuse pour la partie restaurant, tout est fait maison et ça se sent. La vue sur le lac est sublime. La literie est bonne et la chambre très propre.

L'insonorisation est mauvaise pour ne pas dire absente.

L emplacement est exceptionnel, l accueil et le service extra.les plats sont délicieux et bien présentés, je recommande doublement. La literie est très confortable.

Restaurant au top produits frais et locaux, petit bémol pour les chambres vétustes non insonorisé et sans télévision la vue sur le lac est très belle. Jeune couplé au commande nul doute que tout va s'améliorer petit à petit bravo à vous.

Les hôtes ne m’ont jamais remis la facture acquittée que j’avais demandé malgré plusieurs relances. J’ai perdu le bénéfice de mon remboursement CSE soit 200€ par leur manque de professionnalisme.

Ottima posizione e gentilezza

Posto veramente carino con una vista meravigliosa Gentilissima la host che ci ha dato un sacco di consigli sui posti da visitare. Le Basse Gorges sono stupende e una cena sublime con vino buonissimo della zona e a un buon prezzo!

Per la colazione mi aspettavo di più ma ho mangiato un formaggio della zona buonissimo

Dal Verdon ai profumi di Provenza

Cucina di prima qualità che non ha niente da invidiare ai ristoranti stellati, ottimo servizio, vista magnifica, unico neo, occorre chiamare per tempo perchè il ristorante è sempre prenotato, ma volendo si può dormire sul posto, poche stanze ma pulite e accoglienti, con parcheggio privato e prima colazione completa e abbondante.

La luce del bagno non era il massimo, ma si può sempre migliorare.

Le cadre avec vue sur le lac. Petit déjeuner très correct. Personnel très agréable.

Pas de télévision dans les chambres. Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain. Rideau de chambre pas occultant. Pas de volet. Lumière de la terrasse allumée jusque minuit et à partir de 5 h le matin, donc chambre éclairée. Internet très capricieux. Aucun journal, aucune revue disponible dans l’hôtel. La localisation de l’établissement fournie par booking est erronée. Nous avions demandé un hôtel proche de Les salles sur Verdon pour participer au triathlon Nature man. Booking nous a situé l’hôtel 1018 de La Croix du Verdon à 5 km alors qu’il est à 30 km, ce qui nous a occasionné beaucoup de kms supplémentaires.

Très bel emplacement sur le lac Ste Croix

Hôtel très bien situé (5 min en voiture de la ville, un peu aventureux à pied), avec un restaurant à la terrasse panoramique sur le lac Ste Croix. Vaste parking. Chambre simple, propre, comme la salle de bain. Belle terrasse avec vue. Accueil chaleureux. Très bon rapport qualité-prix du petit déjeuner, qui est un buffet. Nous n’avons pas profité de la piscine durant notre court séjour mais c’est un plus !

L’extérieur est décoré avec goût, l’intérieur et les chambres sont un peu plus datées dans cet établissement en cours de rénovation.

Séjour très moyen à Sainte croix du verdon

Chambre propre mais mobilier succinct. Aménagement de la salle de bains à revoir. Accès à l'établissement mal indiqué et hotel isolé du village de Sainte croix. Petit déjeuner cher car buffet très restreint voir inexistant. Prévoir une arrivée après 17h car fermé avant et personnel non présent sur place. Village de Sainte Croix mignon mais un jour suffit.

La vu était magnifique, le cadre était reposant.

Nous avons trouvé que la carte du restaurant manquait d’options plus simples. Les plats proposés sont surtout raffinés, ce qui, compte tenu de nos goûts, a rendu le choix un peu compliqué. Cela dit, je ne doute absolument pas de la qualité de la cuisine

Struttura pulita, vista meravigliosa del lago dalla camera da letto!!! Vale da sola il prezzo della camera. Buona la colazione, e il ristorante ottimo, si mangia veramente bene.

La vue sur le lac, la propreté dans la chambre, l’accueil du personnel, la piscine.

Le bruit, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres d’à côté. Un petit frigo serait bien aussi. La nourriture reste chère pour ce que c’est.

Une vue à la hauteur du confort et de la localisation

Nous avons apprécié la localisation de l’hôtel par rapport aux basses et aux hautes gorges pour profiter de la randonnée et du canoë. La vue était également incroyable depuis l’hôtel comme depuis la terrasse du restaurant. La piscine offre également un confort supplémentaire après une journée sportive comme pour une journée de repos. le personnel est très agréable. La restauration est de grande qualité!
