Enjoy a perfect landing pad and easy access to everything near Arizona State University, Tempe, Scottsdale and Phoenix. This ground-floor condo was recently renovated for guests to come and enjoy their Arizona stay to the fullest!
Can’t leave your fur baby behind? We are dog friendly! One well behaved dog under 25 lbs may be allowed with pre approval! There will be a pet fee of $30 per dog per day with a minimum of $150 per dog. There will also be a refundable pet deposit of $300 per dog.
A pleasantly comfortable two-bedroom condo that has a perfect set up for visiting ASU families, golf-getaways or just to check out the sunny Arizona skies! There are 2 bedrooms- one King sized bed and one with two twin beds a comfortable living/cooking/dining space that will make you feel like it is your home-away-from-home. Each bedroom and living room has its own smart TV. This condo has nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms, contemporary furnishings, and no interior steps! The complex includes 3 pools to enjoy. Also, two parking spaces are provided! If flying into town, this property is super convenient to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
Cannot emphasize enough how this property is super convenient to getting around Tempe and Phoenix. Located near the heart of ASU, it gives you easy access to enjoy this vibrant city and the campus. Perfectly situated two blocks from Tempe Town Lake where you can rent bikes and boats, take long walks, etc. And close to Papago Park for hiking, 1/2 mile from Tempe Light Rail (easy access to the airport and downtown Phoenix) and an abundance of restaurants and shopping! And when you`re ready to venture out of Tempe, it is just a few minutes drive to explore Scottsdale, Phoenix and the East Valley.

I was visiting to help move my daughter into ASU. The unit was conveniently located minutes from campus, but on the quieter, Scottsdale side of the river.
The unit was thoughtfully appointed, with modern and easy to use appliances, comfortable beds and furniture, and a pool just a few feet away. The inclusion of a covered parking spot was a highly appreciated.

Close to just about everything in Tempe, and right across the street from the south end of papago Park. Grounds could have been a little bit cleaner with whatever those berries are smashed all over the sidewalks and some sorry people not cleaning up their dog poop, but otherwise pretty nice place and a great location.

For the most part our stay was enjoyable. There were a couple things that could have been better. First and foremost, in the listing it should be noted that airplanes fly over the condo morning, noon and night. Never a quiet moment. The master bedroom pillows need to be replaced. I used 3 and felt like I wasn’t even using a pillow. The fan in the master bathroom was so noisy that we didn’t even use it. We also felt that the living room furniture was really cheap and very uncomfortable. The condo was close to everything and the park across the street was beautiful.
