Use of gym and pool are optional and require a guest pass that cost 100/pp paid directly to the community upon arrival. requires minimum one month stay to be eligible for community passes. Home has natural gas barbecue, fire pit, lounging, dining overhead fan private outdoors. Room in garage for your vehicle, Fully furnished home with Mountain View’s!!note: HOA requires for renters to rent a full month or longer please INQUIRE for vacancy Jan/ Feb/March/April/May. A 3 month minimum is required as this is the peak season. Inquire about a shorter stay during the months of June July, August, and September. If your stay shorter than one month consider a stay without guest passes to the amenities.

This Hideaway model is just a couple of years old and beautifully furnished. It is about a seven minute walk from the new Saguaro Community Centre. Both beds are extremely comfortable. The shower in the master ensuite is fantastic! The kitchen is adequately stocked but could use a few other items for those who love to cook. The property backs onto Sun Valley Parkway which, while mostly uneventful did have us prefer to close the windows at night. Overall would definitely recommend this property for your stay at Sun City Festival.
