Host had great communication, and the property was clean, quiet, great location and very welcoming. Will book again next time I’m in Salt Lake. Plenty of room for kids and adults to do their own things. Highly recommend.

The home has three ample areas for hanging out, living room, basement and patio. The kitchen features a large island for prepping and serving food as well as seating. Great for our family of 14.
The 3 stars overall is due to the little things and apparent lack of attention to maintenance. The bunks need to be tuned up, they are extremely squeaky. No towel bars in the bathrooms, hooks fell off the holders, cupboards that were not wiped out, yard work way over due. Not as portrayed in the photos. Wear and tear happens, but this property has clearly been neglected. A little TLC and I would give it 5 stars.
